Necessity is the mother of Invention......  When I had a  family emergency that required me to travel to another state, I found that  with my Restricted Interlock license I would not be able to rent a car. This meant that I would have to purchase an extra plane ticket for someone to travel with in order to chauffeur me around. I would have to rent an additional hotel room as well as paying for meals for two. If only there were a company that rented cars with interlocks installed...You can guess what happens next.

          A restricted license should be a speed-bump not a roadblock. I've started "Safe Travels" because I've had the same experience myself. I've been where you are!
